4.1 Before Work Initiation
If payment is made and work has not started, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.
4.2 After Work Initiation
Once:
• Project outline is shared
• Documentation drafting begins
• Simulation/modeling work starts.
Refunds will not be granted.
4.3 Customized Work
All customized academic services are strictly non-refundable after milestone delivery.

5.1 Before Course Access
Refund requests may be considered if submitted before:
• LMS login credentials are issued
• Course materials are accessed
• Live sessions begin
5.2 After Access No refund shall be issued once:
• Course access is granted
• Recorded sessions are shared
• Certification process has begun
6. Research & Publication Services
Includes:
• Paper Formatting
• Journal Suggestion
• Publication Assistance
• PhD Assistance Packages
• Plagiarism Checking & Editing
6.1 Service-Based Nature
These services involve:
• Intellectual effort
• Time investment
• Professional consultation.
Therefore, once service work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
6.2 Journal & Publication Disclaimer
SkillzGo Solutions does NOT guarantee:
• Journal acceptance
• Publication approval
• Indexing confirmation
Rejection by journal authorities does not qualify for a refund.
7. Patent Filing Assistance
Patent assistance is provided via partner firms.
Refunds are not applicable once:
• Documentation preparation begins
• Filing process is initiated
• Consultation is provided
Government fees or third-party filing fees are non-refundable.
8. Payment Gateway Refund Processing
Payments are processed via:
• Razorpay
• Stripe
• PayU
• PayPal
If refund is approved:
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on gateway)
SkillzGo Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
9. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate transactions:
• User must notify within 48 hours
• After verification, excess payment will be refunded
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting us:
• Access to services will be suspended
• Legal action may be initiated if fraud is suspected

11. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in cases of:
• Change of mind

• Failure to understand course requirements
• Delay due to client non-response

12. Exceptional Circumstances
