1. Introduction
This Service Agreement governs the relationship between SkillzGo Solutions and the client (“User,” “Student,” “Researcher,” “Client,” or “You”) who purchases or enrolls in any of our digital products, academic programs, or professional services.
By making a payment or accessing our services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

3. Nature of Engagement
SkillzGo Solutions provides:
• Reference-based guidance
• Structured academic support
• Educational mentorship
• Professional consultation
We do NOT:
• Guarantee academic grades
• Guarantee publication acceptance
• Guarantee patent approval
• Guarantee job placement
Final academic submission and compliance remain the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate personal and academic details
• Share project requirements clearly
• Respond in a timely manner
• Use materials ethically
• Follow institutional academic guidelines
The Client shall not:
• Resell digital materials
• Redistribute proprietary content
• Claim authorship of provided materials
• Engage in academic misconduct
Violation may result in termination without refund.

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via:
• Razorpay
• Stripe
• PayU
• PayPal
We do not store card or banking information

5.2 Payment Structure
Depending on the service category:
• Full upfront payment (Digital Products)
• Partial / milestone-based payment (Customized Services)

Work may begin only after confirmed payment.

5.3 Taxes & International Payments
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes.
• International clients are responsible for currency conversion charges and local tax obligations.

7. Revisions & Modifications

• Not disclose sensitive information without consent
Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is legally required.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All original templates, guides, frameworks, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of SkillzGo Solutions.
Clients are granted limited, non-transferable usage rights for personal academic purposes only.
Unauthorized duplication or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Certification Terms
Certificates are issued upon:
• Completion of program requirements
• Attendance fulfillment
• Submission of required work
SkillzGo Solutions reserves the right to deny certification in case of non-compliance or misconduct.

11. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on our website.
In summary:
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
• Customized services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment gateway.

12. Limitation of Liability
SkillzGo Solutions shall not be liable for:
• Academic rejection
• Publication rejection
• Patent refusal
• Job placement failure
• Indirect financial losses
• Technical failures beyond control
Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

13. Third-Party Services
For journal submission or patent filing, we may coordinate with partner firms.
We are not responsible for:
• Journal editorial decisions
• Patent authority decisions
• Third-party delays

14. Termination of Agreement
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
• Payment fraud is suspected
• Terms are violated
• Misuse of materials occurs
• Abusive communication is observed
No refund will be provided in such cases.

15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Internet outages
• Payment gateway downtime
• Technical disruptions

16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.

17. Acceptance of Agreement
By purchasing, enrolling, or using our services.
The Client confirms:
• They have read this Service Agreement
• They understand the service scope
• They agree to payment, delivery, and refund terms
• They accept the limitations stated herein
